Joining the Fremont Country Club Wedding Showcase is the perfect way to connect directly with engaged couples looking for trusted professionals to bring their wedding day to life.

We welcome vendors from across the wedding industry — including planners, photographers, florists, caterers, bakers, beauty specialists, entertainment, and more.

Submit your application to secure your space. Once reviewed, accepted vendors will receive a confirmation email with setup details and next steps.

Event Information

The Fremont Country Club Wedding Showcase will take place in our beautifully appointed ballroom and event spaces, offering couples a chance to experience the venue while connecting with local wedding professionals.

Event Date: Saturday, February 1, 2026
Showcase Hours: 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM
Location: Fremont Country Club, 2340 E. State Street, Fremont, OH

Booth Fee: $100

Vendor Setup:
Setup details and load-in instructions will be shared in your confirmation email once your application is approved.

Door Prize Donation:
All vendors are required to contribute a small door prize or giveaway item.

Parking & Access:
Ample on-site parking is available. Designated vendor entrances will be clearly marked for easy load-in and teardown.

Extras:
Throughout the day, enjoy access to club amenities, pre-ordered lunch options, and vendor networking opportunities.

Even if you’re unable to attend the showcase in person, you can still showcase your business to every couple who walks through the door.

The Wedding Showcase Program is a printed guide distributed to all attendees during the event — featuring vendor listings, event details, and special offers. It’s the perfect way to gain visibility and stay top-of-mind with couples as they plan their big day.

Advertising Details:

Ad space measures approximately 3.5" x 2" (standard business card size)
Ads will be grouped by category of service
Cost: $25 per submission
Artwork Due: January 11, 2026
Included Benefit: All approved exhibitors automatically receive a complimentary program listing — no additional form required.

Vendor Contract

Before participating in The Fremont Country Club Wedding Showcase, all accepted vendors must review and sign the official Vendor Contract. This agreement ensures a smooth and well-organized event for everyone involved.

The contract includes important details such as:

Setup and teardown times
Table assignments and display guidelines
Policies regarding signage, electricity, and product sampling
Liability and cancellation terms

Once your application has been reviewed and approved, you’ll receive a confirmation email with next steps and a link to complete the Vendor Contract.
